Looks like you have had some struggles. My first husband had T2, he died of complications of it. However, this is only because he was not taking care of him self, glad to see you are. Have looking into using herbs, there are a lot that can help with T2.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was on alt.support.diabetes, most of the herbs people tried did not lower bG. Even the common stuff, like cinnamon and turmeric, people didn't seem to see much effect from.
Of course, lowering bG isn't everything. I am very committed to milk thistle because of it's effects on the liver. The liver is the first thing that goes wrong with T2, in that insulin resistance begins in the liver. And fatty liver is so common with diabetics. I plan to post a bunch of research on it in the near future.
